Exchange/Return policy

According to Romanian legislation (regulated by GEO 34/2014) you can return products bought ONLINE and delivered by courier within 14 calendar days of their purchase.

The return expenses will be fully payed by CBD FUNHOUSE INTERNATIONAL S.RL.

So, if you want to return an order or just a product, you must log in to your account, select the Product Return section or click here, choose the product or products you want to return/exchange and press Send request.

The reimbursement of the product value will be made through a bank account, the customer being obliged to communicate to us in writing, by email (, the bank account (IBAN) in which he wishes to return the money and its owner.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days at the latest from signaling the desire to return.

If you do not have an account with us on the website, please send us a written request to the address in which you mention the invoice number or the order number for which you want to make the return.

In order to be able to return a product, please keep the following in mind: the product must not be damaged, it must not contain traces of use.

If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product, we reserve the right to refuse the product, and at the customer’s option, we will reship the product, at his expense.

All these terms and conditions are provided in:

– Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts.

– Law no. 51 of 01/21/2003 for the approval of Government Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts.

– This GEO 34/2014 regulates the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals.
