What is CBD?
CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of the most important cannabinoids found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, CBD is non-psychoactive – it does not produce a “high”. CBD interacts with the body Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which regulates various physiological functions such as sleep, mood, appetite, and immune response.
Is CBD legal in the EU?
Yes! Our CBD products contain 0.0% THC and are 100% legal in the European Union. All our products are Broad Spectrum, meaning they contain multiple beneficial cannabinoids from hemp but no THC.
What is the difference between Broad Spectrum and Full Spectrum CBD?
Full Spectrum contains all cannabinoids naturally found in hemp, including trace amounts of THC (up to 0.3%).
Broad Spectrum (what we offer) contains multiple beneficial cannabinoids but has all THC removed – giving you the “entourage effect” without any THC exposure.
How do I use CBD oil?
The most common method is sublingual: place a few drops under your tongue, hold for 60-90 seconds, then swallow. This allows for faster absorption. Start with a low dose (5-10 mg) and gradually increase until you find your optimal amount.
What concentration should I choose?
It depends on your needs and experience:
- Beginners: 10% CBD (1000mg)
- Regular users: 15% CBD (1500mg)
- Experienced users: 20% or 30% CBD
Always start low and gradually adjust based on how your body responds.
Are your products lab tested?
Absolutely! Every batch of our products undergoes rigorous third-party laboratory testing. You can view the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each product on our Lab Tests page. We test for potency, purity, and absence of contaminants.
Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD is non-psychoactive. Our Broad Spectrum products contain 0.0% THC (the compound responsible for the “high” in marijuana), so you cannot get high from our products.
Can CBD show up on a drug test?
Since our products contain 0.0% THC (verified by lab tests), the risk of testing positive on a standard drug test is minimal. However, drug tests can vary, and we recommend caution if you are subject to routine testing.
How is your CBD extracted?
We use Supercritical CO2 extraction – the cleanest and most effective method available. This process preserves all beneficial compounds while eliminating any harmful solvents. The result is pure, high-quality CBD.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, as per EU consumer protection laws. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Can I use CBD for my pet?
Yes! We offer specially formulated CBD products for pets (cats and dogs) – including tinctures, chews, and gel caps. These are dosed appropriately for animal use. Always start with a low dose and consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement.
How should I store CBD oil?
Store your CBD products in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Room temperature is ideal. Properly stored CBD oil can maintain its potency for up to 2 years.
Are there any side effects?
CBD is generally well tolerated. Potential mild side effects can include dry mouth, drowsiness, or changes in appetite. If you take any medications, consult your doctor before using CBD – it can interact with certain drugs.
Do I need a prescription?
No. Our Broad Spectrum CBD products (0.0% THC) are available over-the-counter and do not require a prescription in the EU.
In what currency will I be charged?
All orders are charged in Romanian Lei (RON) via NETOPIA. Prices on our English site are displayed in EUR for convenience (1 EUR = 5 RON reference rate), but the actual amount debited to your card will be the RON equivalent, as clearly shown next to each price.
Are there any additional currency-conversion fees?
We charge exactly the RON amount shown at checkout. However, if your card is issued in a currency other than RON, your bank may apply its own foreign-exchange fees when converting to your local currency. Please check with your card issuer for details.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by NETOPIA, a licensed Romanian payment institution regulated by the National Bank of Romania. We never see or store your card details.
