By placing an order you are required to purchase a product and comply with the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation.
Shipping schedules may vary depending on availability and any delays resulting from courier or other issues for which we will not be responsible.
In order to purchase products on CBDfunhouse.com you must be over 18 years old. CBDfunhouse.com reserves the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by e-mail. When you place an order, you agree that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The price of the products may vary without prior notice.
The contract
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be a confirmation and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be established until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods you ordered have been shipped to you. Only the goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract.
Prices and availability
Although we try to make sure that all the details, descriptions and prices that appear on this site are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.
Shipping costs will be charged extra; these additional costs are clearly shown, where applicable, are included in “Total cost”. The payment methods we accept are specified on the site. We reserve the right to change these methods at any time.
Delivery
The products will be delivered to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order within 3 to 5 working days, as long as the products in question are available. In the case of delivery in certain countries, a longer delivery time may apply; please see our website for more information. All delivery conditions are not legally binding, and failure to do so will not entitle you to withdraw from the contract. If CBDfunhouse could not make the delivery, you must first allow us an extension of at least 20 working days, during which we can still fulfill the contract before you have the right to withdraw from the contract. In case of cancellation of the contract, CBDfunhouse will reimburse only the purchase price. Any liability for additional compensation for late delivery or failed delivery is excluded. The customer must accept partial deliveries if, for example, some of the ordered products are no longer available or can only be delivered at a later date. The location for fulfillment is the location where the products are delivered by CBD FUNHOUSE INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. to the transport company. The benefits and risks are transferred to the customer when sending such products. CBDfunhouse.com is not responsible for the loss or damage of the products during transport.
Product warranty
The customer can return the products purchased through a contract in the following situations:
– The packages show severe damage;
– The products were delivered / invoiced incorrectly;
– The products have manufacturing defects;
– The ordered products have different sizes or characteristics.
The warranty is valid from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer. The buyer has the right to submit a claim within 5 days of receipt in the case of cosmetic products and within the deadline given by the manufacturer for other products.
Please note that opened and used cosmetic products that do not represent a quality defect cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health. Thank you for understanding.
Legal warranty applies. CBD Funhouse is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of therapeutic food or unnecessary use. The products sold through the website www.cbdfunhouse.com do not have the role of diagnosing, treating, preventing or curing any disease or condition.
We recommend you to consult your doctor before any treatment.
Return and refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact the customer service department in a timely manner. If possible, products should be returned sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. As soon as we have received the returned products and the conditions for return are met, your purchase price will be refunded; return costs will not be refunded.
You can cancel or return the order from the date of placing the order until the 14th day after receiving the ordered items. If you have paid for these items, you will be refunded an amount which will include the initial delivery charges but which will exclude the return charge to CBD FUNHOUSE INTERNATIONAL S.R.L.
If you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel the order, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel or return the order, please send us:
– a written notification either by post, preferably using the return form, or by sending a letter to CBD FUNHOUSE Customer Service, Street George Calinescu, no. 5, basement, Bucharest, sector 1, Romania;

You can download the Return Form here. Then return the item(s) to us as provided in the Return and Refund Policy section within the 14 day period specified in the section above. We will make the refund using the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice, provided we have received the items or proof that you have returned them. Another payment method may be used for the refund provided you agree to this change; this will not generate additional expenses.
