CBD FUNHOUSE (operated by EUROHEMP S.R.L., CUI 49830708, J37/235/2024, Vaslui, Romania) ships to Romania and select European Union countries. This policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, fees, and tracking.
Shipping Zones & Fees
All shipping fees are displayed in RON (base currency). On the .com site, prices are shown in EUR display (1 EUR = 5 RON) but charged in RON via Netopia Payments.

Free shipping rule: orders reaching 10× the base fee for a zone qualify for free shipping (e.g. 20 RON zone → 200 RON free threshold).
Carriers & Delivery Times
We currently ship via Sameday Courier (RO + EU) with easybox lockers or address delivery. DPD international will be added shortly (API integration in progress).
- Romania: 24–48 hours after dispatch
- Zones 2–3 (nearby EU): 3–5 business days
- Zones 4–5 (Central & Western EU): 4–7 business days
- Zone 6 (Northern EU): 5–9 business days
Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 (RO time) on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the AWB (tracking number) once the courier picks up your parcel. You can track it via sameday.ro.
Failed Deliveries & Wrong Address
If the courier cannot deliver (recipient absent, wrong address, refused parcel), the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery if the initial address was incorrect.
Out-of-Stock & Partial Shipments
If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and offer: (a) partial shipment + refund of the missing item, (b) wait for restock, or (c) full refund.
Customs & VAT (Intra-EU)
All prices include Romanian VAT. Intra-EU shipments are not subject to additional customs duties. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
