Under Romanian Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014, art. 11¹ (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you designated) received the last product from your order, without giving any reason.

What Happens Next
- We confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice by email within 24 business hours.
- You have 14 days from the date of your notice to return the product to us (return shipping is at your expense).
- Ship to: EUROHEMP S.R.L., Bld. Republicii, bl. 367, sc. C, ap. 9, Vaslui 730223, Romania. Please include a copy of the invoice.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product (unopened, unused, resellable condition), we refund the full purchase price (including outbound shipping) within 14 days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (per OUG 34/2014 art. 16):
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- goods that have been opened or used;
- custom-made or personalized products.
