You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched at no cost. Once the parcel has been picked up by the courier, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the terms below.
How to Cancel Before Dispatch
- Send an email to info@cbdfunhouse.com with your order number and the subject “Order cancellation request”.
- Alternatively, call us at +40 750 410 551 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00).
- We will confirm the cancellation by email within 24 business hours and issue the refund via the original payment method.
Refund Timing
- Card payments (Netopia Payments): refund initiated within 24–72 business hours; funds appear in your account in 3–10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Bank transfers: refunded to the original account within 3–5 business days.
- Currency: refunds are processed in RON (base currency). If your card was charged in a different currency, the currency conversion is handled by your bank at the exchange rate on the refund date.
After Dispatch — Right of Withdrawal
Once the parcel has been dispatched, you cannot cancel the order but you may exercise your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the parcel, in accordance with Romanian Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Modifications After Order Placement
To modify an order (change of address, add/remove item, change quantity), contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, modifications may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
